You must have a valid Dah Sing Bank Account (including Joint-name / Sole-name) / Credit Card / Cash Card

You must have a valid Phone Banking Service

You must provide a valid mobile phone number

You must provide a valid email address

Customers are required to provide a valid email address in order to use Dah Sing e-Banking and Mobile Banking Services. Customers who have not registered a valid email address with the Bank are required to provide the email address upon e-Banking registration before they can continue the e-Banking / Mobile Banking services registration.

Set your own Login ID and Password.

To go paperless, subscribe for the e-Statement, e-Advice and e-Alert services*. You may also activate Small-value Transfers in order to make small-value transfer quickly without using Two-Factor Authentication. Upon activation of Samll-value Transfers, you are required to set the daily transfer limit. The maximum limit is HKD10,000.
*If you provided an email address in the previous step, you must verify your email address on the same day, otherwise your settings for "Subscribe for e-Statements, e-Advice & e-Alerts" will not take effect.
