You must have a valid Phone Banking Service

You must provide a valid mobile phone number

Mobile Banking can be run on the below mobile devices. Below are the recommended mobile devices and system versions for the best performance: iPhone and iPad with iOS version 12 or above; Android mobile devices with Android version 8 or above (Except for mobile device using Intel Processors)

Note to First Time User

If you have not yet registered for e-Banking / Mobile Banking, please click "Register Now" in e-Banking / Mobile Banking login page.
You are required to provide a valid email address in order to use Dah Sing e-Banking and Mobile Banking Services. If you have not registered a valid email address with the Bank, you are required to provide the email address upon e-Banking registration before continue the e-Banking / Mobile Banking services registration.

You shall refer to the security advice provided by the Bank from time to time and observe in a timely manner the relevant security measures in using the e-Banking Service as specified by the Bank on-line or otherwise from time to time.

Register for e-Banking Demo

If you are new to e-Banking & Mobile Banking, open the Dah Sing Bank Mobile App and touch the "Register for e-Banking" link on the login page.

Select the identity credential to use.

Enter your Credit Card / Cash Card number and ATM password, then click "Next" to proceed.

Register using Credit Card / Cash Card - with ATM Password

Enter your Credit Card / Cash Card number and ATM password, then click "Next" to proceed.

Enter your Credit Card / Cash Card number, card expiry date, your date of birth and identification document number, then click "Next" to proceed.
*Applicable to customers who only hold Credit Card / Cash Card (except dual currency credit card) in our Bank. Other customers may return to the previous page to select another type of identity credential for identity verification.

Register using Credit Card / Cash Card - without ATM Password*

Enter your ATM Card Number, ATM Card Sequence Number and ATM Password, then click "Next" to proceed.

Enter your phone banking user ID and password, then click "Next" to proceed.
*If you are an ATM card holder of a joint account, enter the first 6 digits of the identification document that you registered when opening this account.

A 6-digit One-Time-Password ("OTP") will be sent to the mobile phone number you registered with us. Enter the OTP and then touch "Next".
